A soda brand in Singapore, responding to the rapid distribution needs of local convenience stores and catering channels, planned to increase the daily production capacity of its core product to over 8,000 bottles. However, the brand’s existing factory space is limited and cannot accommodate a traditional large-scale linear filling line; simultaneously, due to its focus on the youth market and frequent product packaging iterations, it places extremely high demands on the equipment’s ability to quickly change bottle types. The client urgently needed a compact, highly automated, and flexible small-to-medium-sized carbonated beverage filling solution.

II. Equipment Configuration and Core Technologies

Addressing the client’s specific pain points, a HF model 3000 bottles/hour glass bottle carbonated beverage three-in-one filling production line was customized for them. This equipment highly integrates the three core processes of rinsing, filling, and capping into a single machine. Key technical highlights include:

Isobaric Filling Process: Employing high-precision isobaric filling valves to ensure that carbonated beverages such as cola and soda maintain carbonation saturation during filling, with precise liquid level control (liquid level accuracy ≤ ±3mm) and no dripping.

Bottle neck clamping technology: The entire empty bottle conveying process utilizes bottle bottom clamping and bottle neck clamping technology, avoiding secondary contamination caused by contact between the bottle mouth and the bottle, while significantly reducing mechanical wear on the glass bottle body.

Flexible modular design: The equipment supports rapid switching between multiple bottle sizes (e.g., 330ml, 500ml). When changing bottle shapes, only the height needs to be adjusted and the star wheel and curved guard plate replaced; there is no need to replace the filling head assembly, greatly reducing changeover time and labor costs.

Intelligent automated control: The entire machine is constructed of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standards. Equipped with a PLC and touchscreen human-machine interface, it features intelligent alarm functions such as no-bottle-no-fill, no-bottle-no-cap, cap missing detection, and overload protection.
